Hi everybody!
I´ve been searching like mad how to convert these mpeg files (640x480) so that I can burn them as dvd´s. Framerate is 16 fps. Does anybody have a clue? As you probably guessed I´m new at this, so any help is welcome. I´ve tried Tmpeg, but I couldn´t fix it with the program (way complicated...)

You need to make sure the MPEGs are DVD-compliant. You can do this by editing, then saving as compliant (see "What Is - DVD" upper left corner). You can also do it by opening it in an authoring app and then generating the DVD files. The app will convert the video to compatible and generate the files you need to burn a DVD Video, or it'll do the burning as part of the process if you want.
