Why did you move the files? Leave them alone and Xpress will write the DVD. What else do you need the files for?

    > now ive got all the files.....how do i write them onto a dvd-r

Don't move them- leave them alone, put a blank DVD in the writer and let Xpress write them to the DVD-R.

Did you do anything to the files other than move them? Did you move all of them? Instant copy will do it.

    > Do i need to use nero or something else?

No, but you can. Use Instant Copy, Nero or other burning software- find the files (whereever you moved them) and they'll burn the DVD.

A few details on exactly what the problem is and what you've done would be useful. Exactly what did you do with Instant Copy and what kind of messages did you get?

  3. use CopyToDVD to burn DVD files on your HD to a DVDR in DVD-Video mode. Also, DVDXCopy is cool, but try DVDShrink instead - wicked software, completely free, and all it does is author (not burn) so it does not remove the files from your HD.
