  1. lol every post I found on the search finishes before an answer is given!!
    So forgive me:

    I have ripped a movie to my Hdrive using SmartRipper and have the .vob .ifo and .bup files for the movie only.

    I now want to put them onto a DVD. Nero says I can't just put the files into the VIDEO_TS folder, so what do I need to do?

    Will I have to make a new .ifo with IFOedit or anything??

    Please say no reencoding is involved!!!

    PS my burner burns all formats and the player plays all formats so theres no media issues.

    When you rip in movie mode you do not get the correct ifo files for burning. You need to create new ifo/bup files for the vob's using IFOEDIT.
    If your total files size is over 4.37GB's it wno't fit on a DVD-R. If it is over use DVD Shrink to compress it.
