Trying to convert DVD to SVCD but audio is always out of syn

IM using DVDx to convert my dvds. The first one i did turned out just fine. Now everyone ive done now is out of sync? Can anybody help me out with this.

Yeah,....drop DVDx and start using DVD2SVCD, after trying numerous methods I found dvd2svcd to be the end all for my svcd conversions. dvd2svcd will also accept avi's, and allows you to choose which encoder you wish to use, as well as endless other options....

Not familar with DVDx. DVD2SVCD is pretty easy/user friendly there are good guides at doom9.org. I would recommend that you take a look at Sefy's guides to the left under DVD Rip as well.

Thanks so much. I can get some fast encode times with my computer but just dont have any luck with the sunc. Ill try DVD2SVCD and let everyone know tomorrow how it went.

Sorry about the delay. I got caught up in ripping movies with DVD2SVCD. Thanks for the suggestion. I would like to know if there are any settings to change that could improve on things. Im not complaining about my rips as they are, but like everyone else more is always better. Also ive started batch processing with DVD2SVCD but if it wasnt for me having three hardrives i wouldnt be able to do this. DVD2SVCD rips it once then when you start to convert after ripping all the DVDS that i want to do it rips them again before processing. ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

tick delete temporary files .. can save mega space
quality settings .. its all about bitrate the higher the better
also try 3 or 4 passes if your using cce. Lower the audio bitrate to give more to video.
