  1. Hello there ! Iam addicted now..yeahh....deep in it....my last 3 days i found my self encoding encoding and encoding, trying various guides and softies ,wich brings diferent results all the time....
    Yeapp..learning is the power......
And one quastion comes up anyway ....
40 minutes avi video clip, after using DvD2SvcD, became 785 MB large..its fit on 80 min cd and its ok....
but what would be happen if i decide to put a 70 minutes movie on one 80 Min Cd?
Is that mean that the file (mpeg-2) will be close to 1.4 MB and i still will not be able to put 70 Minutes video on 80 Min cd?

  2. you can, but your bit rate will be very small and the video will probably look bad as a result.

  3. So how can i put it anyway? If i will load it to DvD2SvcD it will create a large 1.4 GB mpg file and will cut it automatially or its not?

  4. You will need to adjust the bitrate settings in DVD2SVCD so that anything over 60 mins or so will go to 2 CDs instead of 1. DVD2SVCD will then cut the mpeg automatically.
