Have you tried frameserve to an encoder? Or use a mpeg2/dvd plugin with Premiere.

Premiere 6.5 has a built-in MPEG encoder by Main Concept, which is its main distinction compared with previous versions. You could probably try this first. If you have not seen it yet it is not accessed through "export movie..." dialogue but rather as a separate choice from File>export>movie>Adobe MPEG encoder. In the Adobe site there are optimized presets that you can download and use in place of the ones already included; the optimized presets consume less encoding time yet maintain high quality.
For the nth time, with the possible exception of certain Intel processors, I don't have/ever owned anything whose name starts with "i".

Baldrick is right. Try frameserving, it is explained in the guides.
Alternatively, export the movie as an avi file and then encode it. I personally use TMPGEnc. It works great. In that case, I suggest that when you export, export audio and video in 2 different files. To do that, in Premiere, uncheck the export audio button when you export the movie and then use the export audio menu.

Thanks for the advice guys. I used adobe's built in main concept encoderm to convert my film to DVD and I also used Gordian Knot to convert it to Divx 5.03. I cant believe that the quality of the Divx is as good as the DVD.
    This is so much fun!
