How can I burn these to a CD using my burning software? I have Nero and Recordnow MAX 4.10. Any help would be appreciated.

use nero .... if you have version 5 select file then burn image and locate the cue file of the image you want to burn. if you are using nero version 6 then select file then open and then locate the cue file .
you only need to select the cue file and not the bin file .... nero will read the cue file and burn the corresponding .bin file
the bin file is the actual disk image whilst the cue file is just the instructions to tell nero how to burn the image
alternatively you can use cdrwin to burn the cue/bin files ... this is most likely the program that was used to create the cue/bin files.
get a trial version of cdrwin here

Mount the cue file using Daemon tools. Then just about any burn program will do a disc to disc copy.
