    I was wondering if it is possible to convert an SVCD to a VCD and if so how. What program and steps. Thanks.

    you can do it with TMPGEnc yes - just need a good MPEG-2 codec

    most of the time TMPGEnc has trouble with those DVD installed codec's ... if you need a stand alone MPEG-2 codec just drop me an email
