Hi there
Hope someone can help me with a problem I'm having.
I am downloading various Divx and AVI files which are all encoded differently from one another. Some are at standard framerates such as 29.97 and 25fps, however there are then some that are at 15 and 30fps. As I understand from reading many of the guides here that this will cause lip sync problems when encoding to MPG, which it indeed does after testing with TMPGENC.
One guide mentions this problem and says that there are many guides on the site which deal with this problem, however they are not very specific to this problem (at least not the guides I have managed to find).
I have tried different methods mentioned on the forums and in the guides but to no avail so far.
I would appreciate if someone can point me in the right direction of a good guide for this problem or post some instructions on a good way to solve this problem.
The end result I am hoping for is that I can transfer these MPG files on to a single DVD using SVCD2DVD.
Thanks in advance
Zoso
