Hi,
I've just done a divx 2 DVD using tmpgenc, and the final encode has come out slightly jerky compared to the original.
Original source: 23.976
Converted dvd: 29.970
i couldnt find an NTSC template which stated 23.976 in tmpgenc, so thought 29.970 would be ok?
Any idea's please?
thx

Load the 29.97 template and change to 23,976 and 3:2 pulldown when playback under settings->video (to be able to change locked settings either load the unlock template or right click on the settings and choose unlock).

OK i have changed all the above, but i am in PAL land. Would it be jerky if i changed from NTSC to PAL? or is it better to keep original FPS? NTSC do play ok in my dvd player.
Also, if i select dual channel instead of stereo in audio tab, will that make it surround sound?
Thx
