  5. Here are the two methods that I use to combine multiple movies onto one DVD

    1) Use DVDshrink (Free, Awesome) - Rip on DVD to your hard drive, Open DVDshrink and use the "load file" button. Open the re-author window and drag the main movie over. Now put the other DVD in and use "load DVD" button and then drag the main movie over to the re-author window. DVD shrink will then create a video_ts folder which you then burn to DVD. Result: DVD with two movies and no menu.

    2) Use Tmpgenc DVD Author (30 day trial available, I think. Well worth buying) - Use the "load DVD files" button. Then check the box that puts the files on your computer and repeat for the other movie. Tmpgenc will even keep the chapter points. Cut out parts you don't want or change the chapter points if you like. Now create a menu (Easy, uses templates). When you go to create the DVD. Tmpgenc will tell you it is too big but just go ahead and create. When finished use DVDshrink to reduce the files size and burn with Nero or some other program. Result: DVD with two movies and a menu.
