I have tried to burn two DVD-R disc on my new Pioneer A06. I used Nero 6, both crashed.
The two disc came with the Pioneer A06 (106), so I think they should work. The discs where Maxell 4x DVD-R.
I later tried to burn the same data on a Verbatim DVD+RW and it worked fine!
Also tried the new firmware, and that didn't help.
Any clues to solve this problem?
Any help would be thankful!

Try a different burning app. like RecordNow Max or Alcohol 120%.
Your DVD-R's might be gone if it was written upon before crash.
So you will have to get some more. If it is a DVD-RW then just erase the disc and try again with the new burning app. -
Okay, tried to burn a 1x DVD-R disc today, no problem.
A guess I'll have to try a 4x disc from another brand, before I try another brun app..
Thanks for the help!
