From .mpg or .avi to dvd

hi guys!
i have a lot of gb of .mpg file (26 gb) and i would like to put all the video file on a dvd, for looking it on my home dvd player....what i have to do with ffmpeg? i would like to create also a Menu like a normal dvd, where i can choose from the home dvd player, what video i want to see....

any informations?
i'm sure that someone did that....

If your MPG is already DVD compliant you should just author it as DVD with Sizzle which can add the menus. If it is not DVD compliant you may either need to remux it with a compliant audio, or to reencode it with DVD presets.
