  1. About a week ago, my TMPGenc stopped working properly for no apparent reason. While i was searching here for a solution a found out that a couple of users had their encoder stop working about at the same time as me with that same error from ntdll.dll. This strangeness seemed to deserve better investigation so I made on researchs around the net and found out that some failure in ntdll.dll made it vulnerable to system attacks and some company were fearing that new worms might try to exploit that weakness. Unfortunately, i'm not expert enough to understand everything I read and have yet to find a solution in general or in the particular TMPenc case. If any of you find anything new, please post.

    Thanx

I had this problem a few weeks back, along with a few others !

I managed to solve it by uninstalling TMPGEnc, rebooting than installing from scratch. Also deleted any files that were left over.

I've not had the problem since, but have no idea why I got it in the first place ! it just started one day..... very odd.

I was also getting the problem with other programs, but they're ok now as well.
