DVD Shrink question

I just encoded a backup of a dvd to my hard drive.
The result were 6 different VTS files along with 6 accompanying auxiliary files.
It seems that Pinnacle does not recofnize these VTS files
Can I use Pinnacle Studio 8 to create a DVD from these files??

If not is there a good program I can download to burn the backup DVD

personally, i use Nero Express to burn the DVD video files onto DVD-R.
