  1. Has anyone made a Dvd Lab project that was over 4.37gb and then authored it into AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders. And then afterwards, transcode it down to size using DVD2one?

    TIA

sounds possable -- but why not just make it the right size to begin with ?

  3. Yes, I have done that with some anime that I was backing up from my Laserdiscs. I can tell which ones I shrunk and which one's I did not, but I doubt anyone else could.

The reason I didn't just redo them was because stupid me decided to delete my original AVI files before making sure I had everything I needed.

Was there anything specific that you wanted to know about the process or if it was just possible?

  4. That's funny because I actually just did that a about an hour ago. It works perfectly, and it's nice because then you don't have to worry about ommitting features or cutting corners for a project you make. If it's too big, just shrink it with DVD2one.

  6. Thanks for the replies. The reason I asked is because the last project I was working on, I made my mpeg too big and had to redo it. It would of been easier to just continue the project and transcode it when I was done authoring. I will also give DVD Shrink a try. I've been reading good things about it
