    I am looking for a program that can rip out images from a video frame by frame to edit the frames manually, I know that this can be done, becuase that is the way many special effects are done, but i just dont know what tool to use.
    I will appreciate all help, thanks guys, great job you do here.

    Hi wel it is possible
    Load that file in TmpegENc and go to file then output to file and then sequence bmp/ppm....
