    I can't find the program that changes movie files to mpeg? any help? Thanks.

    what format is your movie to start with?
    MPEG1 or MPEG2?

    just to change whatever film I have to mpeg, I believe the program was like tmpc or something alone those lines.
    example. say I have avi. I want to change it to mpeg
