  1. I made a video of a team I coach, and have successfully burned it to DVD using iMovie/iDVD. My question is, once I burn it to DVD, can I delete the original files but be able to make copies of the DVD I burned in case I want to make additional copies for the other players? If so, how would I do that? Can I rip it with other software, like DVD21?

    1. since you burned it already, as long as you are comfortable with your burning and happy that your disk is working properly, you can toss the origional. However, if you are going to make copies immediatly, keep the source until all copies are made.

    2. since you made it, its already on DVD-5 format, so there is no extra steps required other than copying it back to yoru HD from the disk use OPTION-DRAG (i think) to copy the disk back to your desktop. then just burn it using toast or disk copy.

    3. dvd2one isnt a ripper. its a compressor, taking dvd9 down to dvd5 so you can burn it. If you want, you can use DVDBackup 1.3 to RIP your already made disk back to yoru HD, but its no different than copying it (since you made the disk yourself)

If it were a commercial disk you were backing up, you woudl have to use DVDBackup to get it to your HD then DVD2ONE to make it DVD-5

  3. Apple''s method of copying an iDVD created disk: use the create image from device choice in Disk Copy, selecting the CD/DVD master option in the pop-up menu in the save dialog, then after the image is created, burn the DVD with the burn image command in the file menu.

Another method would be to use DVD Imager.
