Lines in the video problem

hi good people of the board!
First of i am a n00b, so im sry if i ask something dumb or whatever, but when i try to rip a movie with alot of movement in it i see these lines all over te pic, sortof anoying cos i want it to be perfect since i tend to F up my DVDs sometimes. Im using DVD2SVCD-v1.0.9-b3 and cinema craft v2.50SP, oh and the movie is CKY if u wanted to know, THX for any help, cos i neeed those to go away, cya
