Which of these makes the computer work harder? I want to turn a movie into one of these. I have heard that Divx format uses the CPU resources the most. I do not have a DVD decoder card, just a normal video card (TNT2). So I was wondering which format, VCD or SVCD, would play smoother. Is there any difference besides quality. I mean will my computer be able to process the greater amount of data that SVCD has? Will my CDROM be able to read quickly enough? If my question is unclear, I'll clarify.
Thanks!
