    Just noticed last night that ATI has a new driver available with a post date of 10/15. Looks like its good for AIW Radeon and other cards.

    I loaded it, yah I'm crazy like that sometimes, and it seems to be working just fine. In fact, I just finished removing a bunch of MS Works software which hosed the ATI capturing software. After 3 hours of trying to get the digital VCR working again, I figured on taking a look at the ATI site. Loaded the driver and it fixed my lockups on manual and scheduled captures (and even just starting the TV software) that I couldn't get rid of. Could this be THE fix???

    where?? i have an aiw128 and it too sometimes locks-up (in win2k). mmc has other issues too.
