This is the DVD I want to copy:
    Audio:
    1- English DTS
    2- English 5.1 DD
    3- Spanish 5.1 DD
    Subtitle
    1- English
    2- Spanish
    3- Spanish

In the original, when I turn on the Spanish audio track, the second Spanish subtitle is turned on automatically to translate the English words displayed on the screen.

I used DVDFab to remove all menus, extras, and the DTS track. Conversion and burning is done with InstantCopy.
When running that new DVD with Spanish audio, the second Spanish subtitle is not on anymore (I have to manually turn it on).
I guess since I remove the first audio track, I need to reset the subtitle 3 to turn on with audio track 2. What is the easiest way to do that without having to strip the individual streams and combine them later?
