I bought a 10-pack of Datawrite x2 DVD-RW discs a few weeks ago and am having problems with them.
Most of the discs seem to have written once, maybe twice, then stop working. Nero can erase the discs fine (and I've tried a full erase) but then still says the disc isn't empty.
I've also tried erasing the discs in DVDInfo but with the same result.
I thought I might be Nero (I've used it for years but still hate it) by RecordNow had the same problem, so it must be the discs.
I use a lot of Datawrite DVD-R discs and they're great, but these -RW look like a complete waste of cash.

Do a full erase, after the process is done, take the disc out and put it back in the drive.

I Would recommend Ritek media. I have an RW disk I have erased and re-used over 100 times (Daily TV shows) and only use the quick erase and never had any problems with it.

Yeah I've got a TDK x2 RW which continues to work fine after more than 30 uses.
Datawrites are normally good. Odd. -
I agree with robster. i also have TDK RW disks and have re-sed over a hundred times and it still works great.
