Encode hi freq error?

Sorry if this has been posted before, but the search function on the forums is currently disabled.

When trying to use the: "Encode hi Freq" checkbox on the option tab (ffmpegX v0.0.7d) the video conversion fails and it goes straight to the audio conversion. output as follows.:

Been using an earlier version for months without any problems. Installed 7d recently, and this is happening on all my conversion attempts.

BTW, I am converting PAL DVD to PAL SVCD
