  2. To go from PC -> VCR you need a TV out. Just plug TV out into VCR and record as normal? Or did you mean to ask how to go from VHS -> PC?

    What Vejita-sama stated !
Just plug TV out of video card into VCR and record as normal

Use windows media player at 'full screen'. This will yield poor results on a low res capture/source.
Reset screen size to 640*480 to achieve the best 'full screen'

  5. I have a Dazzle DVC I and on the back there are composite and S-VHS plugs for output to A/V devices like VCR or a TV (so you can check what the capture would look like when played as VCD). There is a standard option to play an MPEG file and the output on the Dazzle can be recorded. Probably this is the same as on the DVC II. I think you should check your user manual. If you don't have any, try downloading it on the Dazzle website, if available.

  7. it's not a Video Card, it's an MPEG2 (Capture) Card.
