  1. When I capture in Virtualdub, I also use vdub to edit out the commercials and run dynamic noise reduction. Normally I just frameserve to TMPGenc but I haven't been satisfied with the quality lately, not to mention speed. I want to frameserve to cce, but when I select the .vdr file nothing happens. I don't want to just make another copy of the avi without commercials and with noise reduction, because then I lose quality too.
    Any Help is appreciated.

  2. It's a toughie, but first install AVISynth.

Then, go to notepad and make a file that says

    AVISource("C:/blah.vdr")

Then save it as ending with .avs

Where C is the disc drice it's in, and blah.vdr is your frameserve file.

Usually it will work then, but there isn't a really clear way to do this.
