I've been using DVD Decrypter and IC7 to make back ups of my DVD's with much success due to these forums and the people that have helped others’ and me. Up until now I have always used IC7 to recode and then burn to a blank DVD right afterwards, but this time I made an image to my hard drive (PDI file) so that I could burn the DVD at a later time.
It worked but I burned to a DVD+RW to test and everything seemed fine except for the quality, it seemed of a lower quality compared to ones that I have burned right after using IC7. So, is this true of my statement above or am I just imagining things and thinking it's not the same quality?

If I understand your question, you have already done this project before and are just making a copy of the files you had on you HD. If so nothing is different but the media. Am I correct in this?
