I've heard that making when you record still photos to a VCD or DVD, you can get a much higher quality if you don not convert the stills to an mpeg format.
My question is how do I record stills to a VCD or SVCD first recording the stills into an mpeg format?
I normally use Adobe premiere 6 for video processing, Photoshop for still editing, and Nero for VCD burning but any info would be apprecited.![]()

You have several options:

Some tools that makes transitions and such are making mpeg video with lower video quality. You can only have stills as high dvd reslution(704x480/576).
