  1. I don't have a dual format drive currently, but if I were to upgrade, I'd probably get one. I'm just curious to see what people burn with their dual format drives. Also, post why you burn what you do, if you have the time.

Maybe you should ask it in reference to dual drive users only.

My drive is only -r so therefore I dont use anything but -r media.
But the outcome will be interesting.

  4. Yes, this poll is aimed towards those of you who have dual format drives. Please don't vote if you don't have a dual format drive.

  5. Wow, I really thought this was a pretty interesting question. I wonder why only 4 people voted when dual format drives claim to be the standard?

Maybe people are not votiing because they are not seeing the poll on the message list? ahh, well...

I use -Rs mostly because they tend to load faster in my standalone player, and because my older standalone could only handle -Rs. I use +RWs for PC backup and temporary/testing purposes. For awhile I could find +RWs locally easier than I could find -RWs. CircuitCity is getting better (now if only they would stock 50 -Rs for ~$55)...

You need to add one more option, "whichever is cheapest" Which is what my vote would be. Mathmatically that works out to about 50/50.
