I just tried to do a 2 DVD set to one DVD disc and ran into a problem.
I ripped and frame served and was doing the encode in TMPGEnc rather than Pinnacle so both discs would fit on one DVD and the video is . . not choppy but it stutters and I think it's from interlace artifacts.
The file size is great and the movie looks fine except for the choppiness.
How do I fix that? Deinterlace filter? Change the source?
I've encoded lots from DVD to VCD with TMPGEnc but this is my first try at DVD to DVD with TMPGEnc.
Any suggestions are welcome - thanks -

Make sure the frame rate and field order match.
