how to add sub to dvdr

Hi

I've got these files
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB
VTS_01_5.VOB

When I try to play it there's only Spanish subs. I don't understand Spanish . Now I want to add English and Dutch subtitles to it. I've already got the subs in srt but I've don't know if these are in sync.
There's no menu but I don't need one.
So what's the easiest to add optional subs to the dvdr?
Anyone want to help me?
