    hi
    how can i frameserv one video at 720x576 from premiere to cce and cce encode it at 352x288 VCD) ?
    there any way to do this?
    if someone knows please say something

    Select both of the 'Half' options under the VIDEO options (Half Vertical, and Half Horizontal). The output will be 352x288.
