I am new to VCD's and I am having problems with it playing VCD's. It will not play SVCD's even though it recognizes the disk.

The problem it has with playing the VCD is that the frame rate is very choppy as well as the audio.

It might be the way I am burning. I was using Easy CD creator. When I try using NERO it will not play anything from NERO.
