  1. Does anyone use Premiere 6.5? I want to know if it is possible to generate MPEG2 files with it, so we don't need to create an AVI and use TMPGEnc to convert it to MPEG2.

If it is possible to generate MPEG2 files with Premiere 6.5, can we just DVD Authoring this generated MPEG2 file?

    Thanks

Export the timeline with Mainconcept (Adobe MPEG Encoder), part of Premiere 6.5.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

Does this Mainconcept has a lot of options as TMPGEnc?

    Tks!

  4. The answer is yes and no.

You can choose the presets (highly recommended, even by the MC folks) and not worry about any other settings. Or you can go to advanced settings and do just as many things as TMPGEnc.

It's up to you (I'd highly recommend reading the manual, at least for this :>)
