help with xvid

help im stuck i used the guide that i got here did everything i was supposed to do then i went to burn it with nero and it burned the movie upside down.......can anyone help me....thanks

What program did you rip with?

i downloaded the movie and i used ulead 7.0

Was the movie in AVI format?

yes it was in avi. it plays great on my pc, its just plays upside down when i burn it.

If you do not mind an extra conversion, let Virtual Dub Flip vertical filter turn your AVI version upside down. Burn the inverted video, and it should come out right side up. This shoud work until you can figure out which program is corrupting your burns.

You could try the fourcc changer. This changes the header of your file to tell your PC to decode the video with a different codec. Change both entries from xvid to divx and it may solve your problem. Try it on a copy of the movie if you are not fully confident with what you are doing. If it plays as a divx, re-encode and see if it comes out the right way up.
