    I am capturing TV using VCD 352 x 240 I was wondering why at the top of the video there is a white fuzzy line

    sometimes is does it sometimes it doesnt, its quite annoying when you have it full screen

    i don't think you will see this line on tv, so i don't think this is an issue
    this happens very often and people normally remove it using vdub or avisynth.
    are you capturing directly into mpeg?
    what software are using for capture?

    I am now using virtualdub when I switch from overlay to preview it shows that little bar at the top, and even when I record the bar is still there, so I dont know what to do.
