hi guys, i need some help on which dvd player to get. Im not an expert so please bear with me. My options this far seem to be either jvc xvn40bk, jvc xv-n44sl, panasonic dvdrv32k, rca drc212n, rca drc220n, samsung dvd-p231, sony dvpns315, and entry level pioneer. I live in canada so those are my options. I require mp3,vcd, cdr, cdrw, and dvd-r/rw (i will be able to burn movies from blockbuster directly onto my own dvd r right?), wma would be good too. I dont require progressive scan and I do have an excellent new reciever which has all the bells and whistles.
which one am i better off with?? the rcas seem to be the best bang for the buck but i have heard they are poor quality? panasonics only have optical and the name panasonic just rings cheapness in my mind (look at their low end cd players), i am not too familiar with jvc and samsung.
please help!!
thanks guys

Look in the DVD Players, and the user guides on here, it contains all the help and advice you will need to do what you want
Thats exactly where I started, to choose the DVD player I wanted, and also how to start the process of "backing up" your DVD collection, as you know copying DVD's that are not your own is illegal ....................
