My guess is the audio is not AC3 thus your player will not play back any audio.

Sorry, I forgot a thing: the same DVD-R but created with MYDVD sw, is played without audio problem on my Sony 905.
Somebody have an idea?

Ok, I find the solution!
The problem was related to audio setting/transcode. Into setting stream parameter, I don't specified the same audio configuration (Mpeg 2.0 or PCM system) of mpeg file. For this reason the DVD player don't play correctly the audio movie. MyDVD, I suppose, transcode the audio and setting automaticly the audio stream parameter.
Tanks to all!!
