  2. The question is, what is the size of your image file, and what is the size of the CDR's you are using to burn that image to.

  4. That image size should burn perfectly on the 80min CDR, but only if you made the image correctly. If it's a VCD image, there shouldn't be a problem, if it's a Data Image, you will need a 90min/780mb CDR instead, and i'm not even sure if that will fit.

  5. Use isobuster (free in tools section) to extract the avseq01.dat file from your iso image. Open the mpegav folder ,right click on the .dat file and
select extract but filter m2f2 frames . Save as filename.mpg in a folder you can find again. Finished close isobuster.
Open nero, close the wizard and select vcd template from the left hand window.
Select whether ntsc or pal and set burn speed. Click new and navigate on the right window to where you saved the .mpg file.
Drag the file to the bottom left window and nero will check if it's compliant.
If all is ok click the burn tab at the top and away you go.
If there's a problem with your .mpg dont let nero re-encode it for you, instead run it through tmpgenc (free)using the vcd template (ntsc or pal) to make it compliant.
