Can I convert a bin/cue file to svcd?

I just finished dling a file and its in the bin/cue format. Now is there any way since it is an svcd, that I can make it a watchable svcd instead of the bin/cue file? Thanks

You can burn your file straight to disc using this guide;https://www.videohelp.com/burnbin.htm. You can also convert it to an mpg format using vcdgear which is available in the tools section.
