    i have got a film that is a bin file wot codec do i need or how do i copy it to vcd

    Look under tools. Thisis what it says for vcdgear The best converter available. Converts dat to mpg, cue/bin to mpg, raw to mpg... and fixes bad mpegs block. Freeware.

    I never used it though.
