    i ripped scarface to svcd and the quality is not that good, i used tmpenc constant bitrate at about 2000k and its worse quality then some other svcds ive seen ripped at lower bitrates, whats the best program, and settings for dvd2svcd rips?

    Since I use average bitrates <2000kbps VBR multipass, CCE is the best solution for me. If you don't like to work with 8-10 tools at once, try DVD2SVCD.
