Problem with sound on DVD's made by DVD Workshop

Hello
I've a Philips DVD 723 player. I wanted to make DVD movie using Ulead DVD Workshop from divx file. I made a mpeg2 file (DVD compilant) in TMPEGEnc according to DVD standard. The sound had a bitrate 384 kBps.
When I play this movie on my player, there is no problem with video but I can't hear any sound. I tried to play it on my Philips and Grundig 4200. The effect is the same. My AV receiver detects 2 chanel analog sound (Yamaha RXV630) but there is no sound in analog and digital output.
What is wrong with it. My friend tried it on Apex 1500. It works perfect.
What kind of sound format must be to hear it?

File -> Open AVI
Menu -> Video -> Direct stream copy, Audio -> Full processing mode
File -> Save segmented AVI
