Some of the VCDs I've burned play fine on Windows Media Player or on my computer DVD player, but when I use my regular DVD player the video has different parts of the screen that blotch up and shift around as the movie plays. I put it back in my WinDVD and there's no problem. I always use TMPGEnc to encode and most of my movies work fine. Any possible solutions?
