    I have the Matrix Reloaded Centropy SVCD Telesync and its in 20 fps and its PAL, I need to convert it to a suitable format for DVD however I just cant get the darn NTSC and fps conversion right without it being all jittery. Any Thoughts??

    The last time I checked it was 25fps PAL. But anyway, I used NeoDVD standard to encode to DVD with a simple menu. I chose this app simply because of speed. After the encoding process, the video_ts generated will be around 7Gb. You can then use IC7 or DVD2One. It plays flawlessly on my PS2.
