  1. Got a movie today but can`t get no picture,,,,sound is great but just a black screen,,,,got all the latest codecs but never had this problem before.
    Everything in Gspot is ok apart from Stream type & A/V Interleave
    Its says TYPE OpenDML AVI : I/L Not supported. IMRR n.s.
    Any idea`s please would be a great help

  2. Uninstall ALL your codecs! make sure GSpot says everything is missing 8)
    Then, install ONLY what I tell you:
    Kristal Studio Codec Pack v4.33
    DivX v5.0.5 Video Bundle
    XviD Video Codec

    Then try opening your Movie again

  3. As above but make sure that you do not install the nimo codec pack, more bother than it is worth.

  5. Cheers,,,,, got it working on me PC now but when I`ve converted it to mpeg to play on dvd player there`s no sound

  6. Lets deal with it a problem at a time, did you test to see if there is sound when you play it back on the PC ? 8)

    Then, how did you convert it, and what settings did you use for the Audio ?

  7. it played ok on PC,,,encoded it with TMPGEnc,,,,,tried a different audio codec,,,working fine now

  10. yes, It's called a format, but I won't tell you to do that
    Basicly most Codecs come with an installation pack, uninstall and reboot after each package, then make sure no AVI is playing anymore, also go to the Multimedia and check any codecs and try using the REMOVE on them.
