Hello,
I've recently changed to Video studio to create SVCD's instead of TMPEG (I need more powerful editing facilities).
However, when I create a new SVCD file by editing a load of (sections of) raw AVI's together, the joins don't seem to always start on the correct field.
I.e. The first section will do field B then A, then the next section may do field A then B.
Is there anyway to control the field order at the start of each edit?
The thing is I don't really understand why it is happening because in VideoStudio if you step forward a frame the timeline moves by 1/25th of a second. Surely this should include both interlaced frames, therefore it should not be possible to get frame B at the start of an edit.
The overall effect is appalling when it is wrong.
Thanks for any help you can give,
