Ok I downloaded a movie off the net that was two files, but the two files are each too big to burn onto vcd. So i want to put them together and then re-cut the one big file into three so i can burn them. What program is good for this? Or any suggestions to get the original two on just two
cd-rs would help. THX 4 any help.

Are these mpegs? If so, then the standard maximum capacity for an 80 min. CD is 800Mb as a VCD. You can cut/join them if necessary using TMPGEnc, there's a guide in the Edit section.

If you make a VCD you can get up to 800 mb on a 700mb cdr.
If you still want to join the AVI's you can use VIRTUALDUB.
You could also try making a XVCD which may suit your needs using 2 cdr's."Today is only yesterdays tomorrow" -
Ok thx i'll try it and report back
