I'd like to see support for:

batch encoding,
save my own presets,
drag and drop file input with option to have output automatically named the same (with new extension)

These are all small ideas that may seem superficial, but they would help if you have many small files for encoding.

You find here examples of my "color problem"... From Quicktime Animation movies, ffmpegX forget the blue color even if I encode in XviD, DivX... etc.

Encoding Quicktime Animation (RLE) to mpeg-2 will lead to correct colors. However I confirm that current mencoder binaries lead to wrong color handling for the Animation codec (though Quicktime Animation JPEG A seem to work fine). Mplayer has the same problem for playback.

Mp4 audio would be beautifull. With Spectral Band Replication, if possible. If ffmpegx could do that, it would be the first solution on a mac but maybe that's something for the 1.0.version. I tried the ovolab aachoo program, in fact it sounded worst than the itunes aac. I heard no SBR kicking in.
